PilotCx for iOS

Need help, found a checklist that looks wrong, or want to request an aircraft that isn't in the app yet? Email support@pilotcxapp.com and we'll get back to you.

Requesting an aircraft or reporting incorrect data? Please include the aircraft type, the source document you're comparing against (POH, operating handbook, type certificate data sheet, etc.), and the specific checklist, speed, or limitation that looks off. Every aircraft in the app is sourced from a manufacturer document, so a specific reference helps us fix it fast.

Frequently asked questions

Is this an approved checklist replacement?
No. PilotCx is a study aid and quick-reference tool. Normal and emergency procedures, speeds, limitations, and weight & balance data are drawn from public manufacturer sources and may not match your specific aircraft's serial number, equipment, or modifications. Always fly from your aircraft's own current, approved documentation — checklist, POH/AFM, and weight & balance report.

Does the app need an internet connection?
No. All checklist, speeds, and weight & balance data is bundled with the app and works fully offline.

Does the app collect any of my data?
No. PilotCx doesn't have accounts, doesn't use analytics or tracking, and doesn't send any data anywhere. The only thing it stores is your favourited aircraft, saved locally on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Can you add my aircraft?
Likely, yes — email us the type and, if you can, a link to or copy of the manufacturer's checklist or POH so the data can be sourced accurately.
